Our Services allows families to be in full control of all aspects of their loved ones Funeral Service.

We at My Community Funerals enable this to occur by organising the statutory paperwork, transfers, mortuary facilities and bookings where required. The Rest is up to you
If you wish to arrange your loved ones funeral yourself, with only minimal input from a funeral director, My Community Funerals are able to assist in this process.

My Community Funerals may assist you with the following:

Transport of your loved one from the Home, Hospital or Nursing Home

Mortuary Facilities - For holding and dressing etc

Attendant if using a chapel at the crematorium

Securing a time for the use of the Chapel

Securing a Burial plot

Hiring the Gravedigger

Supply of coffin if required
A Non Attendance Cremation is becoming increasingly popular in Australia as an alternative to the Traditional Services
How this works is that once the cremation has taken place, and the ashes returned to the family it is at this time the family can come together for a memorial service or ashes scattering
Basically this is the traditional service in reverse, and in many cases has far more meaning as it comes from the heart.
Whe organising your own families funeral you have the option of supplying your own coffin, flowers, celebrant etc.
